TRINITY YOUTH FALL 2023 : 6TH GRADE THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL
So as we get ready to start a new school year, our prayer is that youth see intentionality in our ministry. We are not just about entertaining youth but helping them to be an example to all people in what they say, in the way they live, in love, faith, and in purity. (1 Timothy 4:12)
Our discipleship time on Sunday mornings provides an opportunity for youth and adults to be spiritually filled as we study scripture and grow in our spiritual habits. We also want youth to be relationally connected with one another through sharing our stories and encouraging each other on a regular basis.
There’s fun interactive activities and games, time to connect and pray with a small group of peers, and of course some AWESOME adults. Join us!
We look forward to all youth meeting together in the YOUTH ROOM for an opening and then split into JR High and SR High classes. 9:30-10:15AM downstairs in our youth room.
Trinity Youth Sunday Morning 2023-2024 Curriculum
GEAR UP will help our JR High students navigate struggles of junior high and address how to view those things through a Biblical lens. Students will see that their faith impacts the way they live, even now in junior high. Our hope is that students build a foundation of faith, equipping them to pursue and follow Jesus in every aspect of their lives. Youth are encouraged to bring their Bible to class each week.
ENCOUNTERS is designed to help our SR High Youth see how God’s story connects with our everyday lives. Students will wrestle with cultural issues from the perspective of Scripture's big picture, drawing connections between the Old and New Testament. It is our hope that students will move past simply knowing the Word to living God’s truth. Youth are encouraged to bring their Bible to class each week.
